Biography

Chris is currently enrolled in the University of Rhode Island and he will receive a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology in December 2013. He joined the Mather lab in January 2013 as undergraduate researcher. He is currently works on pathogen detection in ticks, and tick surveillance as part of integrated tick management. Chris is interested in human biochemistry and pathogenic microbiology. He plans to pursue a Ph.D in biochemistry.
