At TickEncounter, we’re passionate about helping people know the type of tick they’ve encountered, and learn about best next-actions they can take after a tick encounter. Our program relies on user feedback to best provide our TickSpotters with accurate, up-to-date, science-based tick bite prevention practices. We’re grateful for your time in completing the following short, anonymous survey.
Our TickSpotters program receives thousands of submissions — ticks from every U.S. state, Canadian province, and many Mexican states. Now, tens of thousands TickSpotters reports collected since 2014 are providing critical tick surveillance data, allowing us to assess annual, seasonal, and geographic trends all while providing each TickSpotter submission with a tailored, time-sensitive disease risk assessment and TickSmart™ prevention information. We consider this free-to-the-public program to be one of our most important endeavors and we need your help this year more than ever to raise the funds to keep it going.
