West Alumni &White Hall Gate Update

We would like to announce that JPass is now available for all Faculty and Staff who requested access to the West Alumni and White Hall gates. If you already requested access, please check your email for download instructions and user manual.

The West Alumni Gate will be functioning and in the down position starting Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

If you need assess to West Alumni and/or White Hall gates, please click here and submit the form to request gate access.

If you encounter any gate access issues with your JPass App, please press the call button at the gate kiosk for assistance.

Please be advised that JPass will be the only way to gain gate access in the foreseeable future. Faculty/Staff who do not have a smartphone or choose not to use the JPass app, can park in any non-gated Faculty/Staff Lot. Please click on the campus map here for reference (Faculty/Staff Lots shown in gold).

During the 2023-24 winter break period, all students leaving vehicles on campus must have an active parking permit and park in Lot #20- Flagg Rd Resident lot. Operators are asked to park in the front of the lot, closest to the street, and grouped next to other vehicles.  View our campus map to confirm the lot location here .

Additionally, it is recommended that you empty the interior of the vehicle of personal belongings.  The University is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, collision or otherwise to the vehicle or contents, however caused.
