Paystub RI is available to all state employees who use direct deposit for their state paychecks. The web-based tool, provided through the The Rhode Island Department of Administration allows State employees to securely access their payroll information online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any device with internet access.

Register on the PayStub RI portal to view your paycheck information. From the self-service area of the faculty and staff e-Campus database, select Paystub RI Links. You will need to enter your your unique state ID number which is different from your e-Campus employee ID number. Follow our step-by-step process to obtain your state ID number and set up access.
