Delta Phi Epsilon (DPhiE) was founded on March 17, 1917 by five women attending NYU School of Law. DPhiE is an international, Panhellenic sorority where all sisters live by the principles of Justice, Sisterhood and Love. Our founders selected the motto Esse Quam Videri – to be rather than to seem to be – because they believed that above all, our sisters should remain true to who they are. We are excited to bring DPhiE to URI’s community and build upon the 100 year old legacy of Delta Phi Epsilon!
Our recruitment process will begin in February with plenty of casual, fun and informational events for you to get to know DPhiE a little bit better. Stop by any of our open events to meet sisters, get free swag and learn more about the newest sorority! To stay up-to-date with DPhiE’s process and events this semester, make sure you follow us on social media @URIdphie and connect with us through http://www.dphie.org/join!
