Day-to-day IT Support | Resolve IT problems with faculty and staff’s computer, printers and other associated peripherals. |
New Faculty and Staff | Assist with on-boarding of new faculty and staff which includes specification and deployment of their IT related equipment. |
IT Purchases | Consult on IT purchases for existing faculty and staff and assist with the deployment of new new equipment. |
Need Reviews | Provide scheduled IT needs reviews with faculty and staff either individually or in groups. |
Network File Storage | Manage the College’s network storage infrastructure. |
Conference and Teaching Spaces | Maintain the IT/AV infrastructure in conference rooms and teaching spaces and consult on upgrades to those spaces. |
Training | Provide or arrange group and individual training on the various IT solutions that are available to faculty and staff in the collaborative. |
Web Development | Team members collaborate with the Communications staff on website development and management. |
Hybrid Teaching & Meeting | Manages the technology infrastructure to support the college’s hybrid teaching and meeting needs. |
