Biography

I am an avid writer, scuba diver, surfer and all-around outdoor enthusiast. Recently, I have graduated from the University of Rhode Island with both a Bachelors Degree in Marine Biology as well as a Masters Degree in Environmental Science and Management (MESM), where I specialized in Environmental Communication.

As a marine biologist and educator, I believe that public outreach is one of the most important ways we can protect and give our communities a greater understanding of the environment. With advancing technology, we find new ideas and ways to educate and I cannot wait to be a part of this rising generation of science and exploration.
