Location: Fascitelli Center for Advanced Engineering, Kingston Campus, Kingston, RI
Rooms: Lower level, 010C & 25C

Poster Guidelines

  • Poster size format: 48” wide x 36” high
  • Orientation of the poster: horizontal layout
  • All materials to hang the poster will be provided

Poster Content
Title, name(s), and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s), and the name and location of the institution or facility at which the investigation was performed.

  • Your poster should be self-contained and self-explanatory, allowing different viewers to proceed on their own while leaving you free to discuss points raised in inquiry.
  • The poster session offers an intimate forum for discussion.
  • An effective poster balances figures and text.

Poster Presentation Competition
The Scientific Committee and a panel of judges will evaluate all poster presentations during the symposium. A select number of posters will be chosen for awards based on their excellence in research, innovation, and contributions to the field of Translational Neurotechnologies.

Submitting Your Abstract
There is a limit of up to 500 words for the text of your abstract submission. This does not include authors, institutions, titles, or keywords. The person presenting the poster needs to be registered for the Conference. Abstract and Poster Checklist
To make the approval process more effective and to avoid errors, we ask you to follow the below guidelines while checking the submission validity:

  • Complete the registration form
  • Log into your Google account (this allows you to upload your file)
  • Correct the abstract’s title
  • Correct authors and affiliations (Department, University/Institution, State/Country)
  • Correct names of the person presenting the poster
  • Abstract’s length (up to 500 words)
  • Upload your abstract file by August 6
