By Car

The main campus entrance is at the traffic light signaling the junction of Route 138 and Upper College Road. After turning onto Upper College Rd proceed through two intersections to the end and make a left on Flagg Road. CBLS is located down on your left.

By Train

Amtrak – Kingston Railroad Station is conveniently located 2 miles from URI’s Kingston campus and is also served by RIPTA routes #66 and #64. MBTA regional commuter rail services – Wickford Junction offers MBTA regional commuter rail services and is located 8 miles from the Kingston campus in North Kingstown.

Uber/Lyft is available on the app 24/7 but may be limited near campus during peak summer months.

A car rental is recommended if you plan to explore the area freely.

Parking

Parking is available along Flagg Road between 7 a.m.-11 p.m. (see campus parking map). Parking during summer months is permissible in student/resident lots without a permit. Please be sure to park in legal spaces between white lines, not on the grass. Parking in handicap spaces requires a placard.
