Local Hotels – Book Early!
Group Room Blocks with a discounted rate are offered at the following local hotels for Thursday 8/13 and/or Friday 8/14 nights. Both hotels are located a 15-minute drive from campus and rates include full daily breakfast and complimentary parking. Note: the special discounted group rate of $279 for Thursday night and $349 for Friday night is available on a first come first serve basis until July 1. After this date or once the group block is filled, the posted rack rate will apply.

Directions from these hotels to campus: Departing the hotel, go north on Route 1. Using the left lane, turn left at the traffic light onto Route 138. Continue down Rt 138 for approximately 3.8 miles. Turn right at the traffic light at the main entrance to campus onto Upper College Road. Proceed down Upper College Road, through two stop sign intersections to the end. Turn left onto Flagg Road.
Free parking is available during this time in Lots 7 off Flagg Road (do not park in Staff/Faculty lots or you may be ticketed).
The conference venue, Fascitelli Center for Advanced Engineering is located across Upper College Road and down East Alumni Avenue on the left.
