1,000 Dreams Scholarship
The 1,000 Dreams Scholarship provides one-time educational assistance for women currently enrolled in a US high school or a two-year or four-year college/university. This scholarship is not to fund tuition. The intention is to provide access to educational opportunities beyond tuition, such as educational conferences, instructional programs related to creative or artistic pursuits, graduate exam application fees, or textbooks. All women enrolled in a US based institution can apply regardless of citizenship.

Católica Fellowships for Portuguese American Students
If selected, scholarship winners will receive a full tuition and fee waiver for any two-year master's program that is offered at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Applicants must be U.S. citizens of Portuguese decent and must have graduated college with at least a 3.0 GPA and must maintain that GPA for the program in order to have their scholarship renewed for the second year. If the program selected by the student is fully taught in Portuguese, proof of Portuguese fluency must be sent in with the application. Further, based on the program selected, applicants may also be required to pass interviews or write specific essays as part of their application.

Council on Foreign Relations Blavatnik and Franklin Williams Internship Programs
There are opportunities based on both New York and Washington, D.C. that include focuses on Asian American studies, global policy, marketing, publication, and more. These internships ask for between fourteen to eighteen hour per week and are open for fall and spring semesters as well as during the summer. These positions are filled on a rolling basis. The types of internships vary and students apply for them individually, meaning that students can apply for the topics that truly interest them. Most internships are looking for students with strong technology and communication skills, but exact specifications, including major preference, will vary based on the positions that students are interested in.

Foreign Affairs IT (FAIT) Fellowship
The FAIT Fellowship is a program through the U.S. Foreign Service with an emphasis on information technology majors, including, but not limited to, cybersecurity and computer science, that is offering a two-year fellowship pathway program that includes funding for an academic degree for two years, summer internships, and ends with a job offer to join the foreign service for a minimum of five years. The program provides the funding for either the last two years of a student's bachelor's degree or for the two years of a master's program. In between these years, it provides its fellows with internships. The first summer (either between the junior and senior year of undergraduate or after the first year of a master's degree), the fellow will be able to experience a domestic internship for ten weeks with the Foreign Service. During the second summer (after the fellow's senior year of undergraduate studies or after the second year of their master's degree), they will be given the opportunity for an overseas internship with the Foreign Service for ten weeks. After the second summer internship, they will accept a position with the U.S. Foreign Service and will be obligated to serve for a minimum of five years.

FUSE Executive Fellowship
These fellowship opportunities are open to professionals with years of experiences in the field to make positive change to tackle racial inequality across the United States. The fellowships can range from one to two years and when an individual applies, they are considered for all of the listed projects that are available. These projects can have varied locations and goals, but all focus on advancing racial equity in one form or another.
Future for Nature Awards
The Future for Nature Award is a funding option for young conversationists between the ages of eighteen and thirty-five with an emphasis on species conservation, or specifically focusing on saving one specific species in the world. Examples that past winners have focused on include the giant armadillo, the Campbell's alligator lizard, the jaguar, and the blue-throated macaw. To apply, the applicants must not only fit the age requirement, but must demonstrate a passion for conservation work and show their current efforts in species conservation that will continue long after this award. To present their efforts over a year with the award, awardees will attend the Future For Nature Award event at Royal Burgers’ Zoo in Arnhem, the Netherlands and will be able to effectively network in order to help them in continuing their conservation efforts through connections and further funding opportunities.

Institute of Current World Affairs Writing Fellowship
This fellowship is focused on writing and understanding societies besides our own on a deeper level through research and reporting. In exchange for a letter of intent and a strong plan for research through a deeply immersive experience in another culture, the Institute of Current World Affairs can potentially fund an entire project for an individual and their immediate family, if they choose to move with the individual conducting research. Individuals who study abroad are expected to have the necessary language skills to succeed in their research in that country in addition to strong English speaking and writing skills and strong ties to the United States if they are not a U.S. citizen. International Parliament Scholarship
This program awards over one hundred scholarships each year to students from fifty countries each year for students to learn more about the workings of the German Parliament in Berlin. The IPS runs from March 1st to July 31st. Throughout the program, participants work in a three-month full-time internship in the office of a member of Parliament and can engage with activities such as drafting reports, speeches, and letters, preparing for meetings, or completing administrative work. In addition to this internship, participants are enrolled in the summer semester at a university in Berlin and can attend up to two courses at that school in addition to having various seminars throughout the program through IPS.

This is a full-time, paid internship with the European Parliament Office in Washington, DC. Lead for America Fellowship
Awardees begin their fellowship with a one-year AmeriCorps Service term and are matched with a local nonprofit or government in their community that is in conjunction with their own professional goals. This is a nonpartisan fellowship and fellows are part of AmeriCorps, meaning that they are not permitted to engage or support specific political parties or religious beliefs and/or influence legislation with their actions throughout their time acting as a member of the program. Before starting their placement, all fellows attend a twelve-day Lead for America Summer Institute in Washington, DC to learn American history and the current challenges of the country today, including the difficulty communicating across party lines, as well as leadership training. Throughout the fellowship, fellows will also attend a retreat in Kansas and will complete a fellow-exchange when they will experience a fellow awardee's hometown and see the work that they have been doing. In addition, the fellows will come together for a graduation summit in Washington, DC. All of the expenses for these retreats (travel, housing, meals, and miscellaneous costs) will be entirely covered by Lead for America. Once fellows have been placed, they will work for thirty-five hours per week a paid position at their host organization (that they have worked to find based on their interests and focus)

NATO Internship Program

NCIS Internship Program
This is an opportunity for students to be able to work with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service in one of their several field offices around the country. Not all opportunities may be in person, but that will depend on the internship. These are eighteen-week internships that run both from January to July and then July to December. There are several different internships that can be applied for that vary with their opportunities and responsibilities that are also centered towards different majors. While the internship is open to all majors, there are specific focuses for criminal justice and criminology majors, but also those interested in accounting, business, communication studies, computer science, finance, graphic design, marketing, psychology, sociology, and women's studies.
