URI is hosting virtual FAFSA completion sessions for incoming students looking to complete the 2026-27 FAFSA.

What you will need to complete the FAFSA before you join a session below:

• Student FSA Username and Password
• Parent (contributor) FSA Username and Password
• Access to a laptop or computer
• The student and parent (contributor) Social Security Number
• The student’s Alien Registration number, if the student is not a US citizen
• Some students may need:
  – The student’s (and spouse if married) Federal Tax Return OR
  – Parent (contributor) Federal Tax Return and W2 (if the student is dependent)
