The Excellence in General Education Award is a new honor that is sponsored by the Office of Innovation in General Education.
The award recognizes two members of the URI teaching community who exemplify teaching excellence and a strong commitment to creating a stimulating, challenging, and dynamic general education experience for our students. The office received numerous nominations highlighting the outstanding delivery of general education courses during the 2018-2019 academic year.
