A time of rampant information requires advanced information literacy skills for determining the credibility, validity, and usefulness of information. The Information Literacy Learning Outcome (B4) encourages students to critically analyze and use information from multiple sources in an ethical manner. Courses offered at primarily the 100 level aid students in developing information literacy skills that can be applied towards effective analysis and responsible use of information related to their field of study and coursework.
