Why should someone new to URI attend Leadership Institute? What is your favorite part of Leadership Institute?

My favorite part of Leadership Institute is meeting the first years for the first time and getting to know them. The days ahead after they come off that bus for Institute is the opportunity to make an impact and its the best part of this experience.
