The Leadership Institute Program is truly magical! Participating in this program gives you the unique opportunity to connect with students from diverse backgrounds before you even begin your first college class. As I approach my final year with the Institute, I am excited to witness the growth of first-year students, as they evolve into the next generation of leaders at Rhody!
