Why should someone new to URI attend Leadership Institute? What is your favorite part of Leadership Institute?

The URI Leadership Institute is a great way to challenge yourself to see your full potential in your leadership skills. Institute is a great way to meet new people and get a head start of everyone else in such a big school! My favorite part of institute was meeting new people, creating friendships and getting to move in earlier than everyone else.
