Why should someone new to URI attend Leadership Institute? What is your favorite part of Leadership Institute?

My favorite part of the Leadership Institute is seeing first-year students step out of their comfort zones. On day 1, everyone is reserved, missing home, and nervous for what’s to come, but by day 2, the energy is high, everyone has found their friends, and the magic of Leadership Institute really shines.
