What should someone new to URI attend Leadership Institute?

If you want to learn what leadership is, advance and develop your leadership skills, and connect with other students to learn their values then Leadership Institute is meant for you! My favorite aspect of Leadership Institute is learning the stories of the other students, what makes them tick, what inspires them, and simply watching them grow.
