Ingredients:
1 buttercup, acorn, or winter squash
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp butter
Pepper to taste
Directions: Wash, peel, and slice or cube squash. Cook and drain. Add syrup, butter, pepper, and maple syrup. Refrigerate. Keeps well for 1 week.
