This regional conference attracts more than 300 community, hospital, academic, and managed care pharmacists and health care professionals from throughout the Northeast.

Premier Level Exhibitor (both days)
$1,600: Organization name featured in the official conference APP which includes participant networking features and conference attendee rosters. Acknowledgement in the program packet and conference signage. 6’ table in the exhibit hall. Prominent placement in the exhibit theater. Two (2) complimentary conference registrations.*
Standard Level Exhibitor (both days)

Standard Level Exhibitor (one day only)
$800: Organization name featured in the official conference APP which includes participant networking features and conference attendee rosters. Acknowledgement in the program packet and conference signage. 6’ table in the exhibit hall. Two (2) complimentary one-day conference registrations.*
* Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, two breaks, access to the conference presentation materials and continuing education credit for pharmacists.
Exhibit Hours
The conference will be held Thursday and Friday March 15 & 16, 2018. The exhibit theater is open during breakfast from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m., breaks currently scheduled for 10:45 – 11:15 a.m. and 3:00 – 3:15 p.m., lunch from 12:15 – 1:15 p.m., and an alumni reception on Thursday evening from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Breakfast, breaks, dessert after lunch, and the reception take place in the exhibit theater. The length of display time for the exhibitors is a total of 8.5 hours: 5 hours on Thursday and 3.5 hours on Friday. Additional information about exhibitor table setup will be emailed to the representatives whose addresses are provided on the application form.
