REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY
Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, on-site Wi-Fi and access to all program materials online. Registration fee, subject to a $50 processing charge, will be refunded provided written notification of registration cancellation is received ten days prior to the seminar.
Students should enter their college ID number when creating an account in the registration system. All other non-pharmacists should use a professional license number to create an account if one has not been created in the past.
URI is Going Green! PDF presentations will be available for download prior to the conference in lieu of paper copies and binders. Registered participants will receive a link to PDF versions of the presentations a week prior to the conference. Free Wi-Fi will be available for registrants to follow along on portable devices.

*URI College of Pharmacy students may be eligible for registration scholarships. Please contact MJ Kanaczet at mj@uri.edu to determine eligibility. Pharmacists must enter their NABP ID and date of birth in their account profile in order to receive CE credit.

Payment via Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, or American Express can be made upon completion of the online registration process at https://www.uripharmacycpd.org/user/login. Electronic checks are also accepted. No payments or registrations will be accepted by phone. On-site payment via cash, check or charge accepted if space is available.
