University of Rhode Island President Marc Parlange celebrated a year of ‘tremendous growth and success’ during his State of the University address Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Edwards Hall on the Kingston Campus.

In his third annual address, Parlange underscored how notable achievements from the past year—ranging from ratings to athletics success—complemented the four pillars of URI’s strategic plan and set the University on a path toward the future.
