URI/AAUP represents all full-time faculty members with regard to hours, wages, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of work. The union’s elected officials and staff work together to create the best working conditions for bargaining unit members. We negotiate the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), enforce the CBA, and organize members around collective concerns impacting faculty and our community.
