Supplier Registration

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the University of Rhode Island.

Registration Process:

Please complete and submit the Supplier Request Form by clicking the button below. After completing the request form you will be sent additional information to register with the University.

This can be used for the following:

  • New suppliers can register to be on the University’s reference list for upcoming bid opportunities.
  • New suppliers intending to do business with the University can fully register to allow for issuance of a purchase order or payment.
  • Existing suppliers can obtain a login and password to update their information.

Additional Considerations:

If you are a RI Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE), Veteran Owned Business (VBE) or Disadvantaged Business, please be prepared to submit certification by following the instructions on the application.

Please note in addition to e-mailing Public Bids and RFP solicitations to registered suppliers, The University of Rhode Island posts all public bids on the Rhode Island Vendor Information Program (RIVIP) website.
