This course is designed to support teachers and administrators in PreK-12 schools to develop and facilitate professional learning communities (PLCs) on a timely and relevant topic in education. Through a clear understanding of adult learners, teaching modalities and protocols, and best practices of PLCs, participants will leverage their learning on a self-selected topic to create and facilitate a sustainable PLC in their PreK-12 setting. (Seminar) Pre: Permission on instructor. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits.
