Transfer students are encouraged to enroll in URI101, “URI’s Transfer Student Success Seminar” – This 1-credit course was developed to acclimate you to URI, learn URI lingo and policies, meet other transfer students starting at URI during the fall semester, all with a strong focus on academic advising and planning. URI101 is required if you have fewer than 24 transfer credits. Registration is open for sections 158 (W2-2:50PM) and 160 (W12-12:50PM). Please email John Rooney, rooney@uri.edu if you need any assistance. Please note, your academic advisor may enroll you in a different URI101 section that is specific to your major.
