Equity
The College will make every effort to ensure that all of its members can succeed, regardless of members’ personal background and experience. Diverse Recruitment and Retention: In recognition of the benefits which diversity adds to community members’ academic experience, the College will endeavor to find qualified, diverse candidates for all administrative, faculty and staff positions. In order to retain diverse candidates, efforts will be made to understand and support the how each community member’s unique experience contributes to the COB’s academic mission.

The College will endeavor to build a diverse student body through cooperation with URI Talent Development as well as recruitment and scholarship programs.
