Enterprise Compliance

Supports the University in identifying compliance risks, strengthening controls, and supporting adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Risk Control and Insurance

Provides technical expertise, support, and consultation to the University community.

Office of Equal Opportunity

Supports the University in creating and maintaining an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation through the administration of civil rights programs.

Title IX

Addresses sex-based discrimination, harassment, and misconduct through the administration of the Title IX compliance program.

Environmental Health and Safety

Develops programs to protect safety and well-being of the University community through compliance with federal, state, and local occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.

Policy Administration

Supports University policy-making through administration of the policy development process.

Records Management

Provides guidance on the proper creation, retention, and disposition of University records in accordance with law. Oversees the Access to Public Records Act (APRA) process.
