The Proposal Tracker spreadsheet allows tracking of submitted course and curriculum/program proposals through the legislative process. There are separate spreadsheets for course proposals (undergraduate and graduate), temporary courses, program (changes and new), and new centers (see tabs at bottom of spreadsheet).
1) Click the above link labeled Proposal Tracker
2) Locate the tabs at the bottom of the screen; select the appropriate spreadsheet.
Which sheet do I select?
Course Proposals-UGRD = New or course change proposals for undergraduate level courses (100- to 400-level)
Course Proposals-GRAD = New or course change proposals for graduate level courses (500- or above level)
Temporary Courses = Temporary (X) courses
Programs = New or changes to current curriculum programs
New Centers = New centers
3) Locate your proposal on the correct spreadsheet, follow the row of information to determine the status of the approval process.
