Biography

Born and raised in the Ocean State, Keith obtained a BA in Psychology and Art from the University of Rhode Island. In 2018, he completed a Master’s degree in Product Innovation (MPI) from Virginia Commonwealth University’s da Vinci Center. Upon his return to Rhode Island, Keith has devoted his time to developing PVD Young Makers into a thriving department of FabNewport Inc. PVD Young Makers has become a hybrid of learning opportunities for Providence’s youth, partnering with the public libraries, middle schools, and high schools, as well as funding teen interns, and serving over 250 patrons weekly.  He focuses on design thinking, social entrepreneurship, and the intersection of industry and academia. Keith returns to URI as an invested alumnus who is passionate about growing a dynamic ecosystem of opportunities for our students.
