Overview

This project will investigate the biological, geological, and ecological characteristics of the Hudson Canyon, an under-explored deep-sea canyon off the coast of New Jersey. The project will collect video and still images of the canyon and gather environmental and biological samples using an ROV. The project will enhance understanding of deep-sea canyons as habitats and their role in the marine ecosystem.
