Curriculum
The Accelerated Pharm.D.–M.S. program allows students to double count up to 10 credits towards both the Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science degrees. As a non-thesis M.S. degree program, students complete a Capstone Project (6 credits). The Capstone Project is tailored to the interest of the student and can be a culminating, or practical applied experience or project, to gain experience in processes which advance our understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and may include an internship, technical report, or experience in an element of a research process.
Each specialization has their own curriculum requirements, which can be found on the specialization websites.
We offer flexible timelines for completing the M.S. credits.
Example timelines
These timelines show how the program can be completed identifying when the 9 additional courses could be taken.
