Mileage Reimbursement
The mileage reimbursement rate for travel is set by the RI Department of Administration. URI mileage reimbursements must be submitted through the online travel and expense module. The current mileage reimbursement rate is set at $0.70 per mile.
If you are adding multiple mileage reimbursement lines to an expense report, you can fill out and attach the below Excel file to input all your trips and input the total mileage as a single line on the Expense Report.
