URI Theatre Department Productions 1968-2000. MSS.gr 239 Series 1, Box 1-59.
The digital collection is comprised of slides of selected productions with costumes and original costume sketches by Resident Costume Designer, Joy Spanabel Emery, her students and guest artists between 1968 and 2000. The slides were taken by Emery during Photo Calls to document the production. Digital images available through JSTOR.

 

Election TicketsRhode Island Election Ballots

This collection brings together historical Rhode Island election tickets (ballots), digitized and sourced from several archival collections around the state. Rhode Island was the first English colony in America to issue printed election tickets starting in the mid-1700s. A study of this topic is available at http://digitalcommons.uri.edu/lib_ts_pubs/17/. The Senatorial Papers of Claiborne deBorda Pell consists of the records of the Senator and his staff. These files cover the 36 years Pell served as a United States Senator from Rhode Island beginning in 1960 and ending in 1996. Select multimedia files from the collection are available online through Shared Shelf Commons. Original materials held in the University Archives and Special Collections.
