Advising Appointments
Advising appointments are scheduled via Starfish and can be conducted over the phone, through Zoom, or face-to-face.

- Declare/Change your major
- Register for classes
- Add/drop classes
- Review your curriculum sheet to ensure you are on track to graduate
- Study Abroad planning
Advising sessions are by appointment only Monday through Friday from 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 1:30–3:30 p.m. Please log onto Starfish to schedule an appointment at your convenience. If you are having technical issues, please call the front desk at 401.874.2337 to schedule.
For your meeting, please be sure to:
- Be free of distractions by turning off your cell phone
- Bring your curriculum sheet
First and Second Year Students
Advisors for first and second year students:
The College of Business first year and second year advisors are currently being selected at Fannon Institute for Student Success, announcements will be made shortly. You are not assigned an advisor, so feel free to see anyone.
This also applies to any second year students transitioning from UC to BUS.
