Scholarship Opportunities
Several scholarships support students in our programs, both current URI students and those joining us from other institutions. Talk with the faculty supervisor of each program to learn how to get involved.
- CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service: up to three years of support for cybersecurity undergraduate and graduate education, preparing the next generation of professionals for government agencies.
- Brightstar Scholars Program: support for students in the Society for Women in Computing (open to all students), with opportunities to work with engineers on real-world solutions.
- Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Scholarships: covers the cost of graduate-year courses for URI students in the ABM Computer Science/Cybersecurity program.
