No live team presentations on conference day. Each team submits one recorded video presentation, then presents its poster and demonstration live during the Poster and Demonstration Session. Dress code is suit and tie.
Final Poster – Due Monday, December 7th
Upload by 11:59pm in an editable format (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Publisher). Printing is handled for you.
Final Slides – Due Tuesday, December 8th
Upload by 11:59pm the final slides used in your video presentation. All teams must upload their slides for review.
Team Video Presentation – Due Saturday, December 12th
Upload by 11:59pm. One video per team, 12 to 15 minutes, with every member presenting their own technical contributions. This video replaces the live presentation, is what your oral and slides grades are based on, and will be posted on YouTube. Confirm with your Technical Directors that it contains no NDA violations.

Be seated in Kirk Auditorium by 1:45pm. Panels run 2:00 to 4:00pm, the Poster and Demonstration Session runs 4:15 to 5:45pm in FCAE150 and the atrium, and dinner follows. Full program to be posted.
