Food Quality and Safety

Development and implementation of outreach educational programs for a variety of target audiences including school age children and their caregivers, small producers of fruit and vegetables (GAP), seafood, meat and poultry and juice industries (HACCP) and consumers (GAP for Home Gardeners), as well as numerous research survey instruments used to guide outreach programming.
