2026-2027 HOUSING REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
We are delighted you are interested in living with HRL for the next academic year!
As a Returning Student, you have an opportunity to participate in our annual Room Selection process, where you’ll self-select your housing assignment (with or without a group) for the next academic year.
The Room Selection process is extremely competitive and limited to approximately 2,500 returning students. It is expected that most, if not all, Rising Sophomores who meet the priority Room Selection deadline below will be added to the Room Selection process. Additionally, it is expected that many—though not all—Rising Juniors and Seniors who meet the priority deadline will also be added. Being added to and completing the Room Selection process is the only way to guarantee receiving a housing assignment for the upcoming academic year.
If we cannot accommodate you in the Room Selection process, or if you miss a priority deadline and later submit a Returning Student Post-Priority Housing application, we will try to find you a housing assignment as soon as possible after the Room Selection process ends as space becomes available. However, receiving a housing assignment is not guaranteed in these scenarios, and we encourage you to consider other housing options.

*Late applications for Room Selection will not be accepted. Students who miss the deadline can still apply for housing by submitting an online Returning Student Post-Priority Housing application starting on February 19, 2026 at 9am ET.
