Step 2: Submit an Online Returning Student Housing Application
- Log in to MyApps
- Select MyHousing
- Select the “Applications / Forms” tab
- Submit the “Returning Student Housing Application”
- Optional: Complete any available Optional Applications that interest/pertain to you (e.g., Gender-Inclusive Housing)
The Returning Student Housing Application will ask you to accept the 2024-2025 Housing Agreement, the 2024-2025 HRL Community Policies Addendum, and the 2024-2025 Housing Cancellation Policy. It will also ask you to submit some personal data and emergency contact information.
Once you submit your Returning Student Housing Application, please check out our optional forms/applications that may be of interest/pertain to you. Revisit the Applications/Forms tab on MyHousing and read each one carefully.
If you are a Rising Junior/Senior for whom living on-campus is essential to your success as a student at URI, you may additionally submit an online Appeal for Specific Circumstances form located in MyHousing. The form will become available after you submit your Returning Student Housing Application and must be submitted by February 15 at 4pm ET. Submissions will be reviewed by a URI campus committee and be approved or denied.
