Overview
This flexible graduate certificate program was created for students who seek expertise in natural resource management and for professionals who are interested in updating their skills in analyzing, managing, and communicating data about natural resources.
With courses being taught by committed academics and practitioners, students will develop the ability to manage natural resource challenges and translate data into effective communications about complex natural resource issues and solutions.

Conducts environmental assessments, develops sustainable practices, and ensures compliance with environmental regulations for consulting firms, governmental agencies, or as a freelance consultant.
Natural Resource Manager
Manages natural resources such as forests, water, and wildlife, develops and implements conservation plans and policies for government agencies, non-profits, or private sector companies focusing on resource management.
Sustainability Coordinator
Develops and oversees sustainability initiatives, works on reducing environmental impact, and promotes sustainable practices within organizations including corporations, universities, and municipalities.
