This is a safe non-jarring water aerobics exercise program that can improve stamina, strength, and flexibility. These programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals over the age of 55 years. This class consists of a full hour of water exercise using a variety of aquatic exercise equipment, music, and movements designed to work each muscle and joint.

This is a fast-paced class that provides a challenging cardiovascular workout. Water provides extra resistance to the muscles and also reduces the impact of movements on the joints. No swimming skills are required. This class can accommodate beginners and advanced participants.

Glideboard Fitness 

Our  GLIDEFit boards, which are attached to lane lines in the warm, shallow, instructional pool offers a unique water fitness experience. This adds intensity to your regular yoga routine by engaging more muscle fibers compared to doing the same exercises off the water. This class engages your core and large muscle groups as well as those muscles used to stabilize your body. It is a low-impact workout that can build strength, coordination, and long-term health. Ages 18+

KeyLog Rolling

This fun and challenging class offer a low-impact, high-intensity workout. It can increase your coordination, strength, and joint stability. It not only engages your core and large muscle groups but also those muscles used to stabilize your body. Join us to improve your strength and long-term health. Ages 18+
