Alumni Account Registration

Welcome! This form is for alumni who wish to purchase or activate an Alumni Membership.

Whether you are a NEW alumni member or a CURRENT member transitioning to an alumni membership, you must complete this form so our staff can create or update your account in our system.

Your alumni account will grant you access to exclusive benefits, including discounted memberships, special promotions, and curated alumni communications.

Please complete all required information below. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming your account setup and providing any next steps.

Important:

  • Processing may take 3–5 business days
  • Submitting this form does NOT automatically activate your membership
  • All alumni must purchase their membership separately, either online or in person at Mackal Field House
  • Your membership will not be active until your account is created AND your membership is purchased
