Accommodation

P1020064_accommodationIn order to confirm attendance and room requirement all participants must return the registration form.

The majority of the participants will be accommodated at the Orthodox Academy of Crete (OAC), which is composed of two buildings set against the mountain and overlooking the sea and only a limited number will be accommodated, if necessary due to oversubscription, in hotels selected by the organizers, which will be located at walking distances from the OAC. The OAC buildings are connected at the first floor level by a bridge. All rooms have private bathrooms. Accommodation will be in twin rooms, with double or single occupancy. There are a few single rooms without air conditioning. If warm weather conditions make it necessary, these rooms will be fitted with fans.

Participants may also arrange their own accommodation in the village of Kolympari and pay a reduced registration. A list of local hotels is given here.
