Meet University of Rhode Island Alum and local author Claremary Sweeney and artist, Zach Perry at a reception for their children’s book Carnivore Conundrum. Mr. Perry is currently a Bachelor of Fine Arts student at the University of Rhode Island. Their collaboration on Ms. Sweeny’s newest children’s book, Carnivore Conundrum, is a captivating tale of Adonis, a carnivorous pitcher plant who wants to be a vegetarian.

The pair will also have a soft launch of Sweeney’s latest South County Mystery, Last Rose on the Vine, which is set at the University of Rhode Island, with cover design by Perry.

University of Rhode Island Fine Arts Center in front of the Main Art Gallery. Light refreshments will be served.
