Date Changes:

  • The class What Doesn’t Kill Us: Lessons from Japan’s March 11, 2011 Triple Disaster has been changed from Tuesday, March 4, to Wednesday, April 8, at 5:30pm
  • The date and time for the class Topics in Ecology has been changed. The new dates are: Fridays, May 1, 8 and 22, from 12 to 1:30pm. 
  • If you registered for either of these classes and are not able to attend on these dates, please email the office and we will be happy to issue you a credit.

Special Interest Groups FREE and open to all members; No registration required.

  • Aging, Living Well– meets on 3/11 at 3pm. Our topic this month will be “I want to simplify my life. Where do I begin”?  Our discussion will focus on what overwhelms us (busy schedules, clutter, to-do lists, obligations, etc.).  Come and hear stories from other OLLI members and together let’s explore best practices and ideas for simplifying our lives.  A suggested book list will be provided, and we will watch a short video clip.
  • Walking Group will meet on Wednesday 3/4 at URI. Check the website for all the details.
  • Bridge Group meets on Thursdays at 2pm in the lobby.
  • Cyber Seniors is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 12:30pm and Fridays from 10:30am to 12:30pm
  • Great Decisions meets Tuesday 3/24 at 10am and again at 5:30pm. Find the topics here.
