Over the past 30 years, climate change has become one of the central global challenges of the modern era, one that has hugely important consequences for the livability of the planet.

Class Cancelation Notice:

The class Breakout Characters and Catchphrases has been canceled due to low enrollment. All refunds have been completed. Instructor Bob Perlow will be teaching the class Tales From Hollywood during our summer semester. Registration for summer classes begins June 10.

BIKING GROUP- Did you know OLLI has a Biking Group? The OLLI Biking Group gathers on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00AM for a weekly ride (weather permitting). The group meets at the back of the OLLI lot (#21) near the bike path. The ride is approximately 8 miles, including connecting with the SK Bike Path. TAKE A BREAK TO CREATE! OLLI members are invited to drop in for Fun with Fabric Scraps on Friday, May 16, from 12:00PM-1:30PM. Members can work on their own creative projects with fabric and/or join a collaborative project. For the collaborative project we are in the early stage of brainstorming around the theme of HOPE and are excited about the possibilities. Fabric samples and some cutting tools you may need will be available, but please bring your own if you have them. Sessions will be facilitated by Sandra Enos and Sandra Krupp. Hope to see you there!

NEW SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP- CRIBBAGE Join the group and have some fun! If you’ve never played Cribbage it’s a great time to learn! It involves strategy, social interaction, and analytic thought. It’s good for brain health which can even reduce the risk of dementia and depression. Register online and meet in the OLLI lobby on Wednesdays, starting May 14, at 2:00PM. If you have a board, please bring it along.
