While we hope that your time at URI is free of problems, we want to help resolve any issues you may experience as quickly and easily as possible.
Your first step is to talk with your student contact support representative. They can help resolve many problems or direct you to the appropriate person.
All academic issues, including grades, should first be discussed with your instructor, and following that, the Program Director or department chair if needed.
The following University procedures are available to all URI Online students:
- Grades and Grade Appeals
- Graduate Scholastic Standing
- Bias, Discrimination, and Harassment
