Mind/Body Studio

Improve posture and flexibility and decrease stress.  Integrate breath and movement to leave you feeling long, strong and serene.  Classes vary in intensity and include Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Barre, YogaCore Fusion, Powerhouse, Pilates and more.  All levels are welcomed from novice to advanced exercisers.
